Heart Strings, Season, Seasons

The Hope of Flora and Fauna

The Blooming

As the skeleton branches of what appears dead come to life before our eyes I am reminded winter was only a season, and I can expect life to come from what appears to be dead. It springs forth speedily as each day we see more and more of the awakening to all things new. New life in flora and fauna. A birthing after a long cold season of waiting in expectation. Of walking by faith. Spectacular blooms of color and the birthing of animals promises our God is up to something new and life giving. The evidence of what we’ve hoped for is coming to fruition.

See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland. Isaiah 43:19 NIV
