Wholeness and Healing
Last week we discussed our need for healing and the make up of man who is made in the image of His Creator. We spoke of the need for each part of man to be whole for us to have wholeness. Shalom was defined as nothing missing and nothing broken, and we were challenged to go before God and ask Him where we need healing.
What Do You Need?
Now with the understanding that God wants us to be whole what are the choices you are faced with in that area that needs healing. Do you need to accept grace? Do you need to accept His love? Do you need to see a counselor or a physician? Do you need your heart to be healed so that you can forgive? All of these issues are those that we are confronted with that effect our health. They effect it spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and physically.
What choice for example do we have with grace? We can choose to receive it. We can choose to learn scripture that will plant the knowledge of His grace in our heart which will prevent our believing in ourselves to accomplish salvation and approval from God.
I set before you life and death. Choose life that you and your descendants may live.

Healing Power in the Word
Each week if you will to join in there will be a scripture on healing. I will be adding them to the post to increase your faith in the Healer. I will be memorizing and meditating on the word with you. Our first is Jeremiah 30:17. I chose a verse from the Old Testament so that you would see that God has always been our Healer.
17 For I will restore health to you,
and your wounds I will heal,
declares the Lord,
because they have called you an outcast:
‘It is Zion, for whom no one cares!’
Remember to make it personal. God cares for you Beloved and wants you to be made whole. Insert your name into this scripture and know He is speaking to you.
What Will You Choose?
As you ponder what your choices are in your next step towards healing in prayer. Here is a question for you sung in a beautiful way:
